He began his career in 2000 with a small role in the telenovela “Carita de Ángel”. He then starred in several successful telenovelas such as “Un gancho al corazón” (2008), “La fuerza del destino” (2011), and “Vino el amor” (2016).

Soto has also worked as a model and participated in several beauty pageants. He represented Mexico in the 1996 Mr. World pageant, where he placed second runner-up. He has also been a spokesperson for several companies, including Telcel, Coca-Cola, and KFC.
